Refund policy
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & FAULTY GOODS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) retail customers have the legal right to cancel an order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
Please make sure that you have the right items for your project. If you wish to cancel your order, are not happy with any goods received or they are damaged, you can return them to us within 7 working days explaining the reason and whether you wish replacement or refund.
We recommend that you use a tracked return postal service, as we cannot replace items lost in transit.
Do not accept parcels that appear to be damaged and notify us immediately by email if you have refused a delivery or received a damaged parcel. Please provide photographic evidence.
Undamaged goods returns must be returned in the original unopened packaging.
We will only refund the postage costs on any faulty or damaged goods.
