DISPATCH TIMES

Our aim is to dispatch orders within 48 hours but as a small, dedicated supplier this may not be possible at times of high demand. If your order is needed urgently or on a particular day (for a workshop, or as a gift), please let us know and we will try to give it priority.

To be able to bring you a broad range of products we deal with many suppliers. At any time we may be temporarily out of stock of an item, and we can also occasionally experience difficulty in obtaining even quite ordinary products. If this is likely to cause a delay we will notify you. When appropriate, orders will be part supplied and we will place items we cannot immediately supply on Back Order, to be dispatched as soon as possible. The total carriage charged for all parcels dispatched, as part of any one order will not exceed the maximum charge.

PLEASE NOTE: We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible using the method requested by you, the customer. Once the order has passed into the hands of the courier, the length of time taken for delivery is out of our control. We will, of course, do everything we can to track delayed orders, but we cannot be held responsible for delays within the distribution system.

BE AWARE: If you choose a shipping method that is not trackable, for example Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Second Class, we can not be held accountable for your order once it leaves our premises as these methods are untraceable.
